Thanks to the control methods applied in all stages of production, we produce products of the most appropriate quality to customer expectations and wishes. We apply ISO 9001 Quality Management System, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, ISO 50001 Energy Management System and FSC ™ – CoC (Forest Management Council – Forest Protection Chain) Systems in most effective ways.
Within FSC ™ Forest Stewardship Council certificate in accordance with the principle of respect for human, respect for the tree, respect for life, ORMA brings social responsibility and sensitivity to the environment. FSC ™; It is a system of stakeholders that aims to manage all forests in the world in the most appropriate way, to protect the forest areas, to ensure their permanent existence and to be carried out according to the principles of forest management. The FSC ™ Certificate is an indication that Forestry products come from proper sources.
All products are produced according to TS EN standards (TS EN 312, TS EN 14322, E0, E1). In a ceremony that TSE president attended, Orma became the first company to get EO certificate, which later on pioneer the other firms in its sector.
Legislation on the classification of formaldehyde in composite wood products has been established by the California Air Resources Board. The certification of CARB P2 (California Air Resources Board Phase 2) indicates that the formaldehyde in the particle board is low (y 0.09 ppm) and complies with the legislation. ORMA has CARB P2 certificate since 2014.
ORMA has documented its compliance with the ’Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)” by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) – the TSCA Title VI certification. TSCA Title VI certification indicates that the formaldehyde in the particle board is low (düşük 0.09 ppm) and complies with US regulations. With this certificate, we export products suitable for all European and American markets.
ORMA received the F **** / F4Star product certificate approved by MLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism) on 07.11.2018. F **** / F4Star product certificate shows that the free formaldehyde emission in melamine coated boards is below Kap0.3mg / lt. ORMA, Turkey’s first and only producer to get F **** / f4st is a certificate.
REACH test is conducted periodically to accredited companies for the determination of chemicals which are meticulously emphasized in European countries and which are accepted as a risk for the environment and living healthy. As a result of the tests carried out, there are none of the harmful chemicals mentioned in the Reach Regulation on Melamine Coated Chipboard products and thus on the Particleboard products.
ORMA, with these reports, once again registers the importance of human and environmental health.
Today, Orma sells 75% of its annual production to the domestic market and exports 25% of its annual production.
